Something isn't working! Now what?

If you encounter a tool or piece of equipment that isn't functioning the way it should, immediately pause what you're doing and tell an on-duty staff member. In order to repair something, we need to know:

1) The name of the tool (e.g. Printrbot Simple Metal #1 Sally)

2) How did you know it wasn't functioning properly? (e.g. filament was not extruding)

Once we have this information, we will post all repair/maintenance updates to the #equipment_and_tools channel on Slack
